Does anyone have tips for local transport to interviews? after 9 years as a machine operator

I do not have a car and interviews in Boise are spread around. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. I can walk part of the way.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.

Some workforce centres hand out bus tokens for interviews. Ask at the desk.
