Does anyone have tips for local transport to interviews? after 8 years as an accounts payable clerk

I need a cheap way to get to several appointments. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. I do not want to be late.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 13 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.

Some workforce centres hand out bus tokens for interviews. Ask at the desk.
