Does anyone have tips for local transport to interviews? after 7 years as a nurse's aide

The bus takes almost an hour to reach the places hiring as a nurse's aide. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. Some employers are off the main lines. Any rideshare programmes?

Some workforce centres hand out bus tokens for interviews. Ask at the desk.
