Does anyone have tips for local transport to interviews? after 6 years as a pharmacy technician

I need a cheap way to get to several appointments. Any experience at all would help. I can walk part of the way. What do you use?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 3 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
