Does anyone have tips for local transport to interviews? after 4 years as a production planner

I need a cheap way to get to several appointments. Any experience at all would help. Some employers are off the main lines. What do you use?

Some workforce centres hand out bus tokens for interviews. Ask at the desk.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
