Does anyone have tips for local transport to interviews? after 12 years as a medical assistant

I do not have a car and interviews in Portland are spread around. There are 12 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. I do not want to be late. Are there discounted passes?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 13 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
