Does anyone have tips for local transport to interviews?

The bus takes almost an hour to reach the places hiring as an accountant. There are 7 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. Some employers are off the main lines. Any rideshare programmes?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 11 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
