Does anyone have tips for local transport to interviews? - 9 months and counting

The bus takes almost an hour to reach the places hiring as a call-centre agent. I am in Buffalo, in case local advice matters. I can walk part of the way. Are there discounted passes?

Some workforce centres hand out bus tokens for interviews. Ask at the desk.
