Does anyone have tips for local transport to interviews?

I need a cheap way to get to several appointments. Any experience at all would help. I do not want to be late. Any rideshare programmes?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 6 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
