Does anyone have tips for local transport to interviews? - 6 months and counting

I do not have a car and interviews in Boston are spread around. I can walk part of the way. What do you use?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
