Does anyone have tips for local transport to interviews? - 6 months and counting

I do not have a car and interviews in Providence are spread around. There are 3 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. I can walk part of the way. What do you use?

Some workforce centres hand out bus tokens for interviews. Ask at the desk.
