Does anyone have tips for local transport to interviews? - 3 months and counting

The bus takes almost an hour to reach the places hiring as an accountant. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. Some employers are off the main lines.

If you can, schedule interviews back to back in the same area to save fares.
