Does anyone have tips for local transport to interviews? - 2 months and counting

The bus takes almost an hour to reach the places hiring as a bank teller. I have been trying to stay organised about it. I do not want to be late. Any rideshare programmes?

Our transit agency has a reduced-fare pass for people with low income. The application took a week.
