Dealing with the isolation of unemployment - what worked for you?

Being out of work for 10 months has worn me down more than I expected. Any experience at all would help. I exercise when I can and try to stay connected. How do you ask friends for support?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
