Dealing with the isolation of unemployment - what worked for you?

Being out of work for 4 months has worn me down more than I expected. Any experience at all would help. I do not want to pretend I am fine. What helps you?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 4 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.
