Dealing with the isolation of unemployment - what worked for you?

I miss my old team and the routine that came with being an accountant. There are 15 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. I do not want to pretend I am fine. How do you ask friends for support?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.

Short walks helped me more than I expected. Even ten minutes changed my mood.
