Dealing with the isolation of unemployment - what worked for you?

I miss my old team and the routine that came with being an office manager. I worked as an office manager before this. I do not want to pretend I am fine. How do you ask friends for support?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 7 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
