Dealing with the isolation of unemployment (update)

I miss my old team and the routine that came with being a school bus driver. I worked as a school bus driver before this. I exercise when I can and try to stay connected. What helps you?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
