Dealing with the isolation of unemployment (update)

I am trying to look after my mental health while I search. It has been a long 4 weeks. I exercise when I can and try to stay connected. How do you ask friends for support?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
