Dealing with the isolation of unemployment (update)

I miss my old team and the routine that came with being a medical assistant. I am in Kansas City, in case local advice matters. I exercise when I can and try to stay connected.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 6 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
