Dealing with the isolation of unemployment (update)

Being out of work for 11 months has worn me down more than I expected. I am in Detroit, in case local advice matters. I exercise when I can and try to stay connected.

I told two friends how I really felt. It was uncomfortable, but it made things lighter.
