Dealing with the isolation of unemployment (St. Louis)

Being out of work for 3 months has worn me down more than I expected. Any experience at all would help. I do not want to pretend I am fine. Did you talk to someone?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 3 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
