Dealing with the isolation of unemployment (Omaha)

Being out of work for 2 months has worn me down more than I expected. It has been weighing on me all week. I do not want to pretend I am fine. What helps you?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
