Dealing with the isolation of unemployment (Oklahoma City)

Being out of work for 11 months has worn me down more than I expected. It has been weighing on me all week. I do not want to pretend I am fine. Did you talk to someone?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
