Dealing with the isolation of unemployment, office manager here

I miss my old team and the routine that came with being an office manager. I have been trying to stay organised about it. I exercise when I can and try to stay connected. Did you talk to someone?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 13 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
