Dealing with the isolation of unemployment (Minneapolis)

I miss my old team and the routine that came with being a bank teller. This is my first time dealing with any of this. Some days I feel numb. How do you ask friends for support?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 2 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
