Dealing with the isolation of unemployment, line cook here

I miss my old team and the routine that came with being a line cook. This is my first time dealing with any of this. I do not want to pretend I am fine. How do you ask friends for support?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.
