Dealing with the isolation of unemployment, graphic designer here

I miss my old team and the routine that came with being a graphic designer. Some days I feel numb. How do you ask friends for support?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 5 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
