Dealing with the isolation of unemployment - first time posting

I miss my old team and the routine that came with being an IT help-desk technician. I do not usually post, so bear with me. I exercise when I can and try to stay connected. How do you ask friends for support?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
