Dealing with the isolation of unemployment - first time posting

I am trying to look after my mental health while I search. I worked as a recruiter before this. I exercise when I can and try to stay connected. What helps you?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 6 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
