Dealing with the isolation of unemployment - first time posting

Being out of work for 13 months has worn me down more than I expected. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. Some days I feel numb.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
