Dealing with the isolation of unemployment - first time posting

I miss my old team and the routine that came with being a logistics coordinator. I do not usually post, so bear with me. I exercise when I can and try to stay connected.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
