Dealing with the isolation of unemployment - first time posting

Being out of work for 7 months has worn me down more than I expected. I worked as a production planner before this. I exercise when I can and try to stay connected. Did you talk to someone?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 7 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
