Dealing with the isolation of unemployment - first time posting

Being out of work for 5 months has worn me down more than I expected. Thank you in advance. I exercise when I can and try to stay connected. How do you ask friends for support?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 5 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
