Dealing with the isolation of unemployment - first time posting

Being out of work for 2 months has worn me down more than I expected. I do not usually post, so bear with me. Some days I feel numb. What helps you?

I told two friends how I really felt. It was uncomfortable, but it made things lighter.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.
