Dealing with the isolation of unemployment - first time posting

I miss my old team and the routine that came with being a call-centre agent. I do not usually post, so bear with me. Some days I feel numb. What helps you?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 4 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
