Dealing with the isolation of unemployment - first time posting

I am trying to look after my mental health while I search. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. Some days I feel numb. Did you talk to someone?

Short walks helped me more than I expected. Even ten minutes changed my mood.
