Dealing with the isolation of unemployment - first time posting

I miss my old team and the routine that came with being a hotel front-desk agent. I have been trying to stay organised about it. I do not want to pretend I am fine. Did you talk to someone?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
