Dealing with the isolation of unemployment - first time posting

Being out of work for 6 months has worn me down more than I expected. Some days I feel numb. What helps you?

I told two friends how I really felt. It was uncomfortable, but it made things lighter.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 6 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
