Dealing with the isolation of unemployment - first time posting

Being out of work for 2 months has worn me down more than I expected. Some days I feel numb. Did you talk to someone?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 2 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.

Short walks helped me more than I expected. Even ten minutes changed my mood.
