Dealing with the isolation of unemployment - first time posting

Being out of work for 5 months has worn me down more than I expected. There are 18 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. I exercise when I can and try to stay connected.

I told two friends how I really felt. It was uncomfortable, but it made things lighter.
