Dealing with the isolation of unemployment - first time posting

I am trying to look after my mental health while I search. Any experience at all would help. Some days I feel numb. Did you talk to someone?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 13 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
