Dealing with the isolation of unemployment

Being out of work for 6 months has worn me down more than I expected. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. I exercise when I can and try to stay connected. How do you ask friends for support?

I told two friends how I really felt. It was uncomfortable, but it made things lighter.
