Dealing with the isolation of unemployment

Being out of work for 2 months has worn me down more than I expected. I have been trying to stay organised about it. Some days I feel numb. How do you ask friends for support?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
