Dealing with the isolation of unemployment

I miss my old team and the routine that came with being a quality inspector. I do not usually post, so bear with me. I do not want to pretend I am fine.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
