Dealing with the isolation of unemployment, call-centre agent here

I miss my old team and the routine that came with being a call-centre agent. This is my first time dealing with any of this. I exercise when I can and try to stay connected. What helps you?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 4 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
