Dealing with the isolation of unemployment (Boston)

I miss my old team and the routine that came with being a pharmacy technician. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. I do not want to pretend I am fine. Did you talk to someone?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 14 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
