Dealing with the isolation of unemployment, bank teller here

Being out of work for 12 months has worn me down more than I expected. I exercise when I can and try to stay connected.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 12 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
