Dealing with the isolation of unemployment, bank teller here

I am trying to look after my mental health while I search. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. I do not want to pretend I am fine. What helps you?

Short walks helped me more than I expected. Even ten minutes changed my mood.
