Dealing with the isolation of unemployment (Baltimore)

Being out of work for 4 months has worn me down more than I expected. I do not usually post, so bear with me. Some days I feel numb. What helps you?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 4 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
